The project involved the renovation of existing yard areas and buildings. The work was carried out in two phases.
During the first phase, the work focused mainly on the yard areas, building façades, and roof, and the heating system was converted from oil heating to geothermal energy.
In the second phase, the building was renovated internally. The existing Sale store was replaced by a new ABC Market. The old cabinet area was demolished, and completely new facilities were built for it. In addition, surface structure modifications were carried out in areas such as the restaurant and customer restrooms.
Comse Oy carried out project management duties and the supervision of construction and HVAC works for the site.
