The project involved extensive renovation work related to the airtightness and insulation of the exterior walls and roof structures. Most of the surface materials were renewed after the sealing repairs. Additional repairs were carried out on the façade and roof. In addition, a new extension wing was built to serve the new building services and refrigeration systems.

Comse Oy carried out project management duties and construction supervision for the site.
